Transaction Center: Managing Your Invoices, Income, Expenses, and RON Transactions

The Transactions page provides a centralized view of your financial activity on BlueNotary. From here, you can review invoices, track earnings, monitor expenses, and view completed Remote Online Notarization (RON) transactions.


Tabs Overview

Invoices

The Invoices tab allows you to create, track, and manage invoices for your notarization sessions. From here, you can view invoice statuses, search and filter records, export invoice data, and access invoice documents and payment links.

Understanding Your Invoice List

Each invoice displays:

  • Session ID - The associated notarization session.
  • Email - The recipient's email address.
  • Amount - The total invoice amount.
  • Status -The current state of the invoice.
  • Sent At - The date and time the invoice was sent.
  • Actions - Quick actions for viewing and managing the invoice.

Invoice Statuses

  1. Open - The invoice has been created and sent but has not yet been paid.
  2. Paid - Payment has been successfully received and the invoice has been completed.
  3. Cancelled - The invoice was cancelled and is no longer payable.
  4. Failed - The invoice could not be processed or delivered successfully and may require review or resending.


Available Actions

From the Actions column, you can:

  • Download the invoice PDF
  • Copy the invoice payment link
  • Resend an open invoice
  • Cancel an unpaid invoice when applicable


Search and Filter

Use the search bar to quickly locate invoices by session details or recipient information. Filters can help narrow results by status, date range, and other available criteria.


Create an Invoice

Select Create Invoice to generate a new invoice for a notarization session and send it directly to your customer.

Export Data

Select Export Data to download your invoice records for bookkeeping, reporting, or reconciliation purposes.


Income

The Income tab helps you track and manage all income associated with your notary business. Use this page to record earnings, monitor payment statuses, and maintain accurate financial records.

Use the search and filter options to quickly find specific records, and edit or delete entries as needed to keep your financial records accurate and up to date.


How to log an income manually?

  1. Click Create Income button.
  2. Fill in the required information and click Save Income button

Why Use the Income Tab?

Keeping your income records up to date helps you:

  • Monitor business earnings
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
  • Track payments and income history
  • Prepare financial reports and tax documentation
  • Gain better visibility into your notary business performance


RON Transaction

The RON Transactions tab provides a history of your Remote Online Notarization transactions. View transaction details, including session ID, participant email, amount, transaction type, and date. Download you transaction receipt from here.



Use Export Data to download your transaction history for bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, or compliance purposes.



Regularly reviewing your RON transactions helps you maintain accurate financial records and provides visibility into your notarization business activity.
