Whether you are a Notary, a Business, or a Signer, you can now bundle multiple fields into a single "Grouped Field" that stays saved to your account. Stop placing the same five tags one by one—place them all with a single click.


Why Use Grouped Annotations?


  • Consistency: Ensure that notary blocks, witness sections, or multi-signer fields are perfectly aligned every time.
  • Account-Level Storage: Once you create a group, it’s available across all your future sessions and templates.
  • Universal Access: This feature is live for all account types (Business, Signer, and Notary).


How It Works


1. Create Your Group

You can create grouped fields within the Template Editor, the Session Simulator, or directly during a Live Session UI.

  1. Go to Toolbox> Click Groups
  2. Click "Create +"
  3. Select the multiple fields you wish to group (e.g., a signature, a date field, and a text box)
  4. Give your group a name (e.g., "Standard Notary Block") and an optional description.




2. Access via the Toolbox

Your newly created groups live in the "Groups" tab within your Toolbox. This acts as your personal library of custom-built annotation clusters.




3. Drag, Drop, and Done

When you're ready to use them, simply drag the group from the toolbox onto your document. All included fields will appear instantly, maintaining the exact spacing and configuration you originally designed.




Pro-Tip for Notaries

Use Grouped Annotations for your Notary Certificate blocks. By grouping your Seal, Commission Expiration, and Signature fields, you can tag a multi-page document in seconds rather than minutes.
