Session Simulator: Practice Before Going Live
Session Simulator is a safe practice environment that allows notaries to experience a complete notarization session from start to finish without involving real signers or documents. It replicates the actual session workflow, giving you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the platform, test features, and build confidence before conducting live notarizations.
- Navigate to Session Simulator from the homepage under Additional Resources
- Start a mock session
- Drag and drop your eSeal and signature onto the document where required.
- To finalize your document, Click Complete Session

Upload Your Own Documents for Practice
Session Simulator isn't just for exploring the platform, it also allows you to upload your own documents and practice with the exact files you'll use in real notarizations.
This is especially useful if you're preparing documents for state approval or training requirements, such as submitting sample notarization.
- Go to the three dot at the top right corner
- Find the upload custom document option
- Upload the document you want.
- Done
Once you've finished practicing, click Complete Session. Your completed sample document will be automatically generated and downloaded, ready for review, training purposes, or submission requirements
