Notary Hotkeys

Hot Keys are keyboard shortcuts designed to help you navigate sessions more efficiently and perform common actions without repeatedly using your mouse.

Using Hot Keys can help you:

Speed up document review and navigation
Quickly access frequently used actions
Improve efficiency during live notarization sessions
Reduce interruptions and keep your focus on the signer and documents

To Turn on Hot keys

Go to settings > Session settings > Switch the toggle on to activate Hot Keys.
Or Inside the session > Menu > Switch the toggle on to activate Hot Keys.

We recommend familiarizing yourself with Hot Keys before conducting live sessions to create a faster and smoother notarization experience. Here's the list of hotkeys available for use.

1 = Name
2 = Name Initials
3 = Check
6 = Notary Certificate
7 = Commission Expiration
8 = Signer Input
9 = Commission number
0 = Whiteout Block

d = Date
s = Signatures
t= Text
n = Notary Seal
