Loose Leaf / Short Form / Notary Certificate Examples

These are also known as Loose Leaf Certificates and Short Form Certificates as well as Notarial Certificates. These can be uploaded in your account settings under the Certificates & Files tab in .png, .jpg, and .jpeg format. To apply in a session, you can add an extra blank page if there is not enough room and then add the appropriate Notary Certificate.
