How to add Notary Certificates/Loose Leafs/Short Forms to your Account

[Notarial Certificates], otherwise known as Loose Leaf Certificates or Short Form Certificates can be uploaded or purchased through your Manage section. All Notary Certificates purchased from BlueNotary contain notarial wording contained from the Secretary of State websites and Notary Handbooks.

Special exception for Tennessee (Handbook Sourced Certificates for Tennessee are partially Modified)*

Please note, these are not to be confused with Digital Certificates or Digital Signing Certificates

All Purchased Notary Certificates are up to date as of May 11, 2023. Please keep in mind it is the notary's responsibility to make sure they are using the correct and up to date certificates and wording at all times.

Navigate to your Manage section and click

Notary Certificate Upload

Select to purchase or upload your notary certificates with your state notarial wording
