Adding a signer Mid-session

How to Add a Signer Mid-Session


  1. To add a signer, Find and click the Menu in upper right corner.
  2. Select Add/Remove Signer option.
  3. Enter the new signer’s name and email.
  4. Make sure to select the right ID verification process, if required. ( Ex. KBA, or Biometrics), click** Add Additional Signer **to finish adding the new signer.
  5. Click on Add more if you need to add more signers.
  6. The signer is added to the session and can complete signing.


They will receive an email with a link to join the live session immediately. If for any reason they are not receiving the link, you can provide this for them via your journal > Session Page.
