Your Free Business account allows you to create notarization sessions whenever you need them. For each session, you can:

• Upload documents
• Add signers and witnesses
• Invite participants by email
• You can use BlueNotary's On-Demand Notary Service, where an available online notary joins the session and completes the notarization for your customer.

This is the fastest way to start notarizing documents without maintaining your own team of notaries.

Create and Reuse Document Templates

If you frequently send the same forms or agreements, templates can save you time. Templates allow you to:

• Store & Pre-tag commonly used documents
• Speed up future session creation

Instead of starting from scratch every time, simply select an existing template when creating a new session.

Customize Your Customer Emails

Every session invitation sent from your Business account can reflect your brand in Settings>Branded Email. With branded emails, you can:

• Display your company logo
• Include a custom message for your customers
• Deliver a more professional, personalized experience

This helps build trust while keeping your communication consistent with your brand.

Save Contacts for Faster Session Creation

You can maintain a contact list for people you work with regularly. Save:

• Signers
• Witnesses
• Other frequently invited participants

The next time you create a session, simply select them from your saved contacts instead of entering their information again. This makes creating repeat sessions much faster and reduces data entry errors.
