Changing the Email Address for a Business & Notary Account

If you're taking over an existing BlueNotary account from another employee, you can update the account email without creating a new account.

Business Account

If you still have access to the current account owner's email address, update the Business account email to your new email address. Here's how:

  1. Login to the BlueNotary Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Personal Details > Add the new email > Click Save

Notary Account

If you also have to change the email of the Notary account for separate access, you can change the email address in the same way. Want to use the same email? We recommend using the same name with alias like +notary etc.

Note: Email aliases (such as +notary) function exactly like your primary email address. Any emails sent to abc+notary@gmail.com will be delivered to the same inbox as abc+notary@gmail.com.

Need Help?

If you no longer have access to the original account owner's email or need assistance updating the account, please contact BlueNotary Support, and we'll help you complete the transfer securely.
