Verification Code Not Working? Try These Steps

If your verification code is arriving expired or you are unable to log in successfully, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

Common Causes

Verification codes sent through email may occasionally expire due to:

  • Email delivery delays
  • Multiple OTP requests in a short period
  • Using an older code instead of the latest one

Recommended Solution: Use an Authenticator App

For a faster and more reliable login experience, we strongly recommend using an Authenticator App instead of email-based verification codes.

Authenticator apps generate secure verification codes instantly on your device and help avoid:

Troubleshooting Steps for Email OTP Issues

If you still prefer using email verification codes, please try the following:

1. Use Only the Latest Code

Every new OTP request invalidates the previous code. Always use the most recently received verification code.

2. Delete Older OTP Emails

Having multiple OTP emails can cause confusion. Delete older verification emails before requesting a new one.

3. Open Login in a New Tab

Close existing login tabs/windows and retry in a fresh browser tab.

4. Perform a Hard Refresh

Refresh the page completely before requesting another code.

5. Check Spam/Junk Folder

Sometimes OTP emails may be delayed or filtered into spam folders.
