The following major Underwriters, Title Companies and Organizations have approved **of ** BlueNotary **or ** BlueNotary **is in **compliance with their standards.

Approved/Standards Met:

• Alamo Title: A subsidiary of Fidelity (FNF).
• Commonwealth Land Title: A subsidiary of Fidelity (FNF).
• Chicago Title: A subsidiary of Fidelity (FNF).
• First American: First American approves of any vendor included in the MISMO RON Certified Providers list.
• First National Title Insurance Company: No official list. BlueNotary is in compliance with their standards.
• Fidelity (FNF): Fidelity has their own official list of FNF AGENCY UNDERWRITING --COMPLIANT RON PLATFORMS.
• National Title of New York: A subsidiary of Fidelity (FNF).
• Old Republic: While Old Republic doesn't have an official approved list, as long as your notary is state compliant, they can generally perform Old Republic accepted RON sessions. ( KBA recommended)
• Stewart: Stewart Title has an official list of Approved Ron Platform Vendors.
• WestCor Land Title: Westor has their own official list of Westcor’s approved RON partners.
• MISMO: BlueNotary is also MISMO Approved, which covers many lender requirements.
