How to turn on Location Permission in your Browser

Location access allows websites to verify your location and provide exact location. If you're experiencing issues that require location verification, follow the steps below for your device.

On Desktop (Windows, Mac, or Chromebook)

1. Open the website in your browser.
2. Click the tune icon (two sliders) or the lock icon located to the left of the website address in the address bar.
3. Find the Location permission setting.
4. Turn on the toggle or select Allow for every visit.
5. Refresh the page to apply the changes.

Once refreshed, the website should be able to access your location.

On Android

1. Open the website in the Chrome app.
2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3. Tap the info icon (ⓘ) at the top of the menu.
4. Select Permissions.
5. Tap Location.
6. Choose Allow.

Return to the website and refresh the page if necessary.

On iPhone & iPad

On iOS devices, website location permissions are managed through the browser's app settings.

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Scroll down and tap Chrome.
3. Select Location.
4. Choose While Using the App.

After updating the setting, return to Chrome and reload the website. The site should prompt you to allow location access if needed.
