# What States Have Approved BlueNotary for their Notaries

Note: Online Notarization is legal to be performed in all states. If you are in a state where YOUR state's notaries, have not been approved, you can still get your documents notarized via long-standing [Cross State Notarization Laws](https://bluenotary.us/does-my-state-recognize-notarizations-from-another-state/). BlueNotary recommends checking with your receiving party for clarification. Signers anywhere in the world can perform notarizations on BN.
