# Underwriters and Title Companies that Approve of BlueNotary

The following major Underwriters, Title Companies and Organizations have **approved **of ** BlueNotary **or ** BlueNotary **is in **compliance with their standards**.

### Approved/Standards Met:

* **Alamo Title**: A subsidiary of Fidelity (FNF).
* **Commonwealth Land Title**: A subsidiary of Fidelity (FNF).
* **Chicago Title**: A subsidiary of Fidelity (FNF).
* **First American**: [First American](https://www.firstam.com/title/eclosing/) approves of any vendor included in the [MISMO RON Certified Providers list](https://www.mismo.org/events-education/certifications/emortgage-technology-certification/ron/certified-ron-providers).
* **First National Title Insurance Company**: No official list. BlueNotary is in compliance with their standards.
* **Fidelity (FNF)**: [Fidelity](https://bluenotary.us/bluenotary-now-an-fnf-agency-underwriting-compliant-ron-platform/) has their own official list of [FNF AGENCY UNDERWRITING --COMPLIANT RON PLATFORMS](https://nationalagency.fnf.com/digitalclosinghub/Compliant-RON-Platforms).
* **National Title of New York**: A subsidiary of Fidelity (FNF).
* **Old Republic:** While Old Republic doesn't have an official approved list, as long as your notary is state compliant, they can generally perform [Old Republic accepted RON sessions](https://www.oldrepublictitle.com/blog/ron-update-2024/). * **Stewart**: Stewart Title has an official list of [Approved Ron Platform Vendors](https://www.virtualunderwriter.com/en/ron.html#accordion-de58d3626d-item-9d8c48cd07).
* **WestCor Land Title**: Westor has their own official list of [Westcor’s approved RON partners](https://wltic.com/remote-online-notarization/).
* **MISMO**: BlueNotary is also [MISMO Approved](https://bluenotary.us/bluenotary-is-now-mismo-certified/), which covers **many** lender requirements.
