# Notary Hotkeys

Hot Keys are keyboard shortcuts designed to help you navigate sessions more efficiently and perform common actions without repeatedly using your mouse.

Using Hot Keys can help you:
* Speed up document review and navigation
* Quickly access frequently used actions
* Improve efficiency during live notarization sessions
* Reduce interruptions and keep your focus on the signer and documents

# To Turn on Hot keys

| We recommend familiarizing yourself with Hot Keys before conducting live sessions to create a faster and smoother notarization experience. Here's the list of hotkeys available for use.

2 = Name Initials
3 = Check
6 = Notary Certificate
7 = Commission Expiration
8 =  Signer Input
9 = Commission number
0 = Whiteout Block

t= Text
n = Notary Seal
