# Loose Leaf / Short Form / Notary Certificate Examples

These are also known as ${color}[#000000](**Loose Leaf Certificates**) and **Short Form Certificates** as well as **Notarial Certificates**.  These can be uploaded in your account settings under the **Certificates & Files** tab in **.png**, **.jpg**, and **.jpeg** format.  To apply in a session, you can add an **extra blank page** if there is not enough room and then add the appropriate Notary Certificate.
