# How To Screenshot Using Snip

How To Screenshot Using Snip

Click on the Search screen on your homebar

From there, type in Snip. The Snipping tool will pop up as shown.

Click on the Snip tool where it will open on your screen.

Click on NEW. Then Drag and Drop the box to what you want to be shown.

After you let go of the left click button, it will take an image of the screen you selected.
Move the mouse to click on the left " Floppy Disk" image to save.

Save your image and insert into the helpdesk chat.

You will see a paperclip icon on the helpdesk. This is how to attach the screenshot.
