# How to Change Signer Authentication Type (In-Session)

You can easily update the authentication method for each signer after a session has already been created. Follow these steps:

### Step-by-Step Instructions

4. For the Signer you want to update the authentication type for.

### Important Notes
* Authentication type can be changed **per signer**.

* You can repeat this process for multiple signers in the same session.
