# BlueNotary Online Court Reporting Program

This is a unique branch of the [BlueNotary Open Call Program](/en/article/open-calls-1ti3lxi/)

BlueNotary is proud to share that we have partnered with a major player in the court reporting space. They have partnered with us in order to assist in providing a streamlined court reporting service experience in tandem with the BlueNotary network.

# Notary Requirements to Particpate

1. Pass the [BlueNotary Online Court Reporting Training Course](https://academy.bluenotary.us/courses/bluenotary-court-reporting). (Register for the course using the same email as your BlueNotary account.)

2. This program is available for all Pro-Hybrid Notaries commissioned in the following states:

* Alabama
* Florida
* Georgia
* Illinois
* Massachusetts
* Maryland
* Missouri
* New York (Must be an Enotary, not a traditional)
* North Carolina
* Ohio
* Oregon
* Pennsylvania
* South Carolina
* Tennessee
* Texas
* Virginia
* Washington

| Notaries will be required to pass our [Open Call Testing](https://bluenotary.crisp.help/en/article/bluenotary-open-call-testing-1jur3ov/?bust=1682599267336) AND the [BlueNotary Online Court Reporting Course](https://academy.bluenotary.us/courses/bluenotary-court-reporting) in order to be eligible to participate in this portion of the Open Calls program (Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina excluded, these do not require the Open Call Test).
